Located in the Au Gres Boat Club this two-story, three bedroom/two bath home is situated directly on the water facing Lake Huron with only nature and water to view. House has central air, on-demand hot water and loaded with amenities. Totally renovated recently! This home is no smoking and pet free in order to maintain the high quality for our vacationers. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with the best bleaches, cleaners and soaps to eliminate any viruses, germs or bacteria. All bedding is washed fresh for each guest. Boats and jet skis can be left right in the water along the home's 60 foot dock for immediate access to water and into the big lake. An island on the other side of the water creates a small canal that blocks the big waves of Lake Huron from the dock providing a calm area for boats, swimming and fishing. Only a short boat ride along the canal puts you directly into the big lake. Boat launch is nearby. The home includes two kayaks and a canoe available for use at not charge and are tied at the dock with life jackets included. There is a small aluminum motor boat that can be rented.
